Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated today, according to a report by the Russian news agency TASS, that Russia has not ruled out the possibility of a trilateral meeting between the leaders of Russia, the United States, and China.
However, Ryabkov also pointed out that the agenda for the talks must be clarified before any actual preparations can begin. He mentioned, “The main issue is how to determine the substantive content of the talks and what outcomes we can expect.”
